When will my gift(s) ship? When will my gift(s) arrive?
Typically, most orders take between 1-3 business days to process followed by 2-5 days to ship based on the shipping method selected a checkout.*
Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
*We offer two shipping options:
Standard Shipping (USPS or UPS Ground) - Arrives within 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping (UPS Express) - Arrives within 1-3 business days
My order is a gift, can I have my gift(s) shipped on
a specific date?
If you'd like us to hold a gift to be mailed at a future date, please make a note in the comments section of the checkout page. If you need an item quickly, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do our very best to help meet your deadline.

What should I do?
We love what we do and want you to love it too. If you're not 100% happy, contact us at email@example.com and our President, Abbey Bresett, will make it right.
Can I send boxes to multiple addresses?
Sure! You can place them in separate orders on the website in order to calculate shipping or you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to combine them in one invoice for you.
What's your return policy?
Due to the custom, personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we'll do our very best to make it right!
Can I include a personalized note with my gift(s)?
Absolutely! All of our gift boxes include a complimentary notecard with a handwritten message. Simply include your message in the notecard field of the product page.
My order is a gift and I don't want a receipt or pricing to be shown.
Not to worry - because the majority of our items are sent as gifts, we never include receipts or packing slips inside the packages.
Can I use your product images on social media?
Yes! However, if you're going to use our images, we ask that you link back to our website. That being said, we love and appreciate any and all blogs that choose to feature our products! We also love to collaborate with blogs and offer customer giveaways, so feel free to contact us via email!
